Clean. Cheap just wish they had a pool. The Landry room is nice and machines are not expensive
Nice place, spacious sites, very clean, close to stores & gas, nice lady on office & very reasonable prices ..but no pool.
The park appeared clean and was as quiet as a grave yard. Another reviewer stated they were evicted for a noise complaint which I could see happening as this place is perfect if you are a light sleeper. Thank you to the park management/owners for your gracious policy as we would have been camped in a truck stop parking lot if not for your after hours policy.
If I could give it a zero out of 5, I would!!! We have been long-term tenants here and because our transmission went out in our truck and my husband revved the engine to try to work on it after 10 pm, we got evicted for a "noise complaint". But no one else was evicted for that and they have gotten complaints about people we know here....white people. I am Native American and my husband is half African-American. We were shoved off of our land.....again.....by these people. Stay here if you like the confederate flag and lots of racism. Otherwise, stay far away. Psycho owners!!!
We were behind schedule during our road trip and decided to try to settle early for the night. We found this park which was blessing after we stopped for fuel. I was hoping the office was open or that someone would answer the phone as it was almost dark. The office had a sign posted for late arrivals which allows for after hours arrivals. They were a blessing as far as we are concerned. Most parks I have been do not allow after hours pull ins. We dropped our rent in the slot and gladly followed the instructions to take Ana available pull through spot for the night. They have a good Sam rate which is very reasonable.
Very nice place. Clean lots, friendly people running the facility. Will be back.
