The cashier asked us how everything was and I told her it wasn't good. I mentioned the fish and she said, "There's no fish on the bar."
Food was great and you never need a refill because they put the pitcher on your table!!!!
Really, too busy to see to customers at half capacity?
Penn's Fish House is famous for their fried catfish. Why wouldn't you put it in the bar?
Once at the bar we had to wait about five minutes for plates and we found the bar half empty as the picture shows. We decided to get some of the food that was on the bar and we would get more when the trays were refilled. At the other end of the bar we had to wait for our eating utensils.
It is Penn's fish house and no gish on buffet. That's why we stopped. Dissapointed.
All the people that work there are great. The food is great. I give them 300% thumbs up.
She told me they had chicken on the bar and I told here there was no chicken. She said there were pork chops and I told here there were two. She became angry, abruptly returned my payment and told me they were very busy.
We arrived around 12:30 and left at 1:30, none of the food trays were refilled on the bar.
Customers at tge table next to us also had a long wait for their food when they ordered from the menu instead of eating from the bar.
I love vegetables and there lunch buffet has great vegetables. People who work there are friendly and great service.
We had a good wait to get a waitress, after ordering our drinks we decided to eat from the bar.

Next time I may be busy as well . . . eating elsewhere.
