Tupelo baldcypress swamp is a great hike for people that enjoy nature. This picture perfect place is a great natural wetland. It is said to hold alligators and other swamp animals alike... One word of advice, bug spray is an essential gear to enjoy the surrounding landscape.
Beautiful all year round I absolutely loved the scenery and will be making trips out much more often. Only down side is this spot not being advertised I've been in this area ten years and never seen it but most defiantly glad I did!!
Happened upon the sign while exploring the Natchez Trace. I couldn't believe I was in MS. So beautiful.
Beautiful place to stop, it's a short little hike and very much worth stoppig
Worth the stop, tranquil short walk 10 mins. over the swamp water, and a few wooden bridges.
