The second room was also in poor condition. We felt uncomfortable sleeping on the beds and the room's bathroom had mold in the corners.
What to correct to make it five star. Clear the water dammage and smoke smell in the halls. Offer better breakfast. Replace damaged items such as my rooms toilet seat.
For breakfast there was a choice of; make your waffle with broken timer, Cereal, cold sausage patties and cold biscuits.
Price is good for the room and amenities.
WiFi works fine. Great tv package.
There was trash in the hallway and the treadmill was in pieces. Other than the kind and helpful staff, it was not a good experience.
threatened to call police , had a racist worker who wouldn't open the door for us and watched us stand in the cold ,I would not recommend this hotel for anyone

1st hall has a water dammage smell. Rest of hall smells like chain smokers even in non smoking section.
Room is best part of stay. Clean and smells normal. Had refrigerator and microwave which is a plus. Choose King size bed which was fine but brought my own pillow. Toilet seat lid needs to be replaced.
My granddaughter and I stayed at this hotel and we were severely disappointed in the quality of the rooms. When we went into our first room, we could smell smoke. In the room itself, we found trash in the drawers and a dirty sock in the bathroom.
Great Staff. Room needs a lot of help. Ice bucket used in bathroom behind toilet to catch water. 1 x 4 used to hold up one end of shower curtain. Peeling wallpaper in bathroom. Walls patched but not painted over window. Room not worth the money.
After seeing the room, we went to the front desk and asked for a new one. The lady was very kind and gave us a new room on the second floor.
