Had to bring my children in this morning and from check in it started all wrong the young lady at the front desk had very poor customer service enteraction you didn't know if you were done answering the questions she needed had to ask if that's all she eventually said yes.. on to the lab to get blood pressure check no good morning just told my son to sit down and my daughter to fill that out and pointed to a paper on desk after that my daughter was told to go pee not explaining what she needed to do I had to explain what that couldn't tell you any names because no one gave any...overall wish the new doctor that we've been going to took walk ins because I would never come back...the np was the only up side of the visit...overall did not feel welcomed at all...
