I received an arrangement for mother's day, the flowers were wilted and in bad shape. I called their shop complained about it. I have been told that they will replace it on next day before noon, but no one showed up to deliver the flowers to my house as they promised to me, screwed my day.
So I ordered flowers from this place to be delivered on Monday to my wife for our anniversary and by Tuesday morning she still had not gotten them. So I called and the service I ordered them through and they called this place and they said they wrote the wrong day down and that they would get them out Tuesday. So instead of making my order a priority since they were too stupid to get it right the first time they put it in line with every other order so by 330pm my wife still had not gotten the flowers. So I called them back and told them that if they weren't there in the next hour I was going to have to get a refund because my wife leaves at 430pm. So guess what no flowers and this place is exactly 6.4 miles from her office. These people are not competent enough to put flowers in a vase and transport them 6.4 miles.
My husband had an arrangement sent to my job for Valentines Day. I was excited to know that I had flowers waiting for me, but when I looked at the flowers, I was disappointed! The flowers were wilted, some had brown spots, and you could tell that it was an old arrangement. The water in the vase was brown and murky! I didn't even waste my time to call to let them know about the horrible job because of the previous reviews! I found other florist for him to order from for future references! Don't order from here!!
Terrible customer service and poor quality arrangements. We received an arrangement as a gift and the carnations were wilted. The card included a statement to the effect that if the arrangement did not meet expectations, please let them know. When I contacted the manager A.J. he argued with me and told me I have to wait for the carnations to open. He then hung up on me. The customer service was poor.
What a bunch of idiots!!
My son & daughter in law sent me flowers for Mother's Day & they got to my office at almost closing time the Friday before. The flowers were wilted & looked like they had been arranged by an amateur!! Worst I've ever gotten. I see from all the reviews that it would be pointless to call them to get something done about it. They should not be an FTD Florist & im gonna see if I can contact someone to get them removed.
