Returned to shop and said about a month ago I came to have struts put on my vehicle and was immediately met with "are you saying we did not put on struts? That we are cheaters and liars?" I responded by saying no, I did not say that but you did. After examination, they showed me where they put on SHOCKS and they told me that that was all that was needed on my car. The point is, I was met with verbal abuse and hostility and I was charged for struts when they were clearly shocks.
Brought in my car and told them to put rear struts on. Was charged for struts but after I returned home while looking under vehicle for another issue realized that they did not put struts on, they were shocks.
