Building is very old but they are moving to a beautiful brand new construction site next week. People are very helpful and friendly.
The downside to the experience was the condition my truck was in when it was delivered. I had it shipped to NC. The truck had terrible water spots on it, not just the kind you get from not drying a car after its washed. It looked like it had been at the beach for about a month without a wash. I had to clay bar and wax to remove the water spots. I also had to get a very abrasive window cleaner to remove the spots off the windows and mirrors. I understand that my truck was exposed to weather on the trip up to NC, but the spots on the truck where clearly there for a long time. Also the tuck maybe had 1/8 tank of fuel in it. When you pay over $40,000 for a vehicle and it shows up extremely dirty and no fuel in the tank....it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. It would be really nice if they made things right.
Purchased my truck out of state online through them. Overall it was a good experience. The salesperson was easy to deal with and didnt make me play pricing games with him.
Great dealership with very friendly and helpful staff. Ken Jennings was my salesman and he did everything he could to get me into a vehicle. My sister also purchased a vehicle from Ken. I live in Leland, MS but was more than happy to drive to Canton because of the friendly service and help I received on the phone. Our credit score isn't very high, but they will do everything in their power to help the working man out. Greenville dealerships didn't act like they wanted to help unless you had a perfect credit score. Thanks again Ken, Darryn, Craig and Renee. I will recommend all my friends and family and anyone wanting to drive off in a great vehicle to go to Harreld Chevrolet in Canton.
Please stay away for this dealership or any dealership affiliated with them. The business is currently operating under the name Mac Haik. This has been the most stressful car buying experience EVER. The customer service is none existent particularly after they have closed the deal. I have made several attempts to reach out to management regarding a particular issue. All attempts have been ignored.
