Food is always hot. Employees are nice. Cheap lunches and dinners.
We brought in 20 people and they were able to get us in and out pretty quickly. There was just very little professionalism
Again, I am not a fan of McDonald's. But while on our Holiday travels we stopped in. The usually clean bathrooms needed some attention, a broom and pan had been left out on the floor, Dr. Pepper was out, it was crowded, and everyone was upset. The manager was running food to waiting customers, three registers and only one was manned continuously. So many people behind the counter, they were running into each other.
service with a smile. They actually got my order right and it was very neat.
Staff has serious attitude problems, my sister's cheese burger did not have a burger on it, just bread and cheese. Over by drink machine the floor was nasty and sticky. Just ridiculous
Food was fine, but geez was it chaotic in there. Employees on the back line where yelling at the employees on the front line. Front line employees yelling at backline employees. There was a employee in the area where guest picks up food, eating her own food and distracting some of the other employees. She kept saying they didn't give her her fries, as she ate her fries. They claimed to be out of two different things when a gentleman employee said, now we know you didn't go in the back and look for it. Ended up they had both products.
